Whoa. These pictures I’m posting today (source) remind me why I wanted to be an astronaut when I was young. :-)
Space will always give me this incredible sense of wonder.
The images are scans from original medium format pictures taken with a Hasselblad 500c and the whole process is explained here.
(But they still feel like a hipster astronaut photo album, mainly because of the retro-look to them and the serious-looking-out-of-the-window poses — and I blame the internet for making me think that.)
